From the stage to the sneaker, the K-pop icon partners with the sportswear brand.
Lisa, rapper, singer, dancer, actress, and fashion icon, continues her global rise by announcing a long-term partnership with Nike. The Blackpink star, who has recently solidified her position as a global superstar, joins the very exclusive club of collaborators lucky enough to represent the brand, marking a new chapter in her career.
At just 14 years old, Lalisa Manobal left her native Thailand after winning the YG Entertainment audition to become a K-pop artist, and her journey has been marked by international successes. In 2025, she makes her acting debut in the HBO series ”The White Lotus”, reunites with Blackpink for the world tour ”Deadline World Tour”, and releases her first solo album, ”Alter Ego”, which is already a resounding success.

Now, Lisa is the new ambassador for Nike and appears for the first time as part of this partnership with a pair of Nike Air Max 95 OG “Pink Foam”. The singer stated in an official statement that these shoes hold a significant place in her journey. “During my trainee years, and even before that, I only wore clothes suitable for dancing: tracksuits, oversized t-shirts, sneakers,” she explains. “I remember saving my pocket money to buy a pair of Nike Dunk High for training. That moment and those shoes will forever remain among my most vivid Nike memories.”
Movement as a common language
For Lisa, movement is not just a performance tool: it is a structure. A daily, almost instinctive discipline that shapes both her relationship with her body and her artistic identity. A versatility that resonates directly with Nike's DNA. More than just a sportswear brand, the company has defended a vision of sport as personal expression for decades. With Lisa, this message takes on a new dimension. Because performance is no longer limited to fields or tracks, but also on stage or in the studio.
Beyond sneakers and campaigns, this collaboration is part of a broader ambition. Lisa aims to use her visibility to encourage self-assertion, particularly among women. Through this partnership, she wants to convey a clear message. “I want to encourage women around the world to fully express themselves and have confidence in themselves, both through their personality and their clothing,” she asserts.
This message naturally aligns with Nike's current evolution, which is increasingly attentive to personal narratives and figures capable of uniting beyond sport. By welcoming Lisa, the Beaverton brand is not just gaining a new face, but a unique energy, at the intersection of pop culture, fashion, and movement. While the details of the continuation of this collaboration remain discreet, the two partners are expected to unveil new initiatives during the year 2026.
