As we announced in our January sneaker releases article, the first month of 2024 seems to herald plenty of restocks from Nike. And not just any pairs, as OG silhouettes are about to make their grand return.
On the agenda: the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Lost and Found", the Air Jordan 4 Retro "Military Black", the Air Jordan 4 Retro "Midnight Navy" and the "Black Canvas". Hold on tight, as Nike is even offering a restock of the iconic A Ma Maniere x Air Jordan 4! An opportunity not to be missed. Here's how the pairs could restock!
The Different Possible Restocks
At first glance, the AJ1 and AJ4 pairs could land on SNKRS Europe as FCFS (First Come First Served). Since the introduction of "Pick of the Week," the restocking of remaining sneakers at a random time happens between 10am and 2pm on Tuesday or Thursday. Announced for Thursday, January 11, 2024, it's more than likely that Nike will choose this method to bring back its most coveted models from the past two years.
The latest "Pick of the Week" included several Nike SB Dunk Low models, among them the collaboration with sparkling drink brand Jarritos, Albino & Preto, and the SB in collaboration with Yuto Horigome. To try and cop your pair, you had to scroll through the home page (Feed) to discover the product listings or go directly to the "Upcoming" tab.
However, if the Swoosh is aiming for fairness, the pairs could opt for a classic raffle, also known as Leo. The principle is the same as FCFS, but a raffle (lasting 2 minutes) randomly selects participants. All that's left is to wait for the Got'Em notification.
Note however that Nike has not communicated about stock quantities. It's possible that stock is very low for each pair or that certain sizes may not be available... On our end, we hope Nike has planned substantial stock to satisfy the community and give everyone the opportunity to cop their pair at retail price!
