Once again, Chitose Abe pushes the boundaries of creation with the Swoosh. While the partnership between Nike and Sacai needs no further proof, the two brands continue to work with Nike's heritage combined with Japanese culture. During the Men's Fall/Winter 2023 Fashion Week, Sacai had revealed three hybrid pairs, offering a robust yet elegant blend.

This year, the SB division has repeatedly handed over its popular Nike SB for collaborations. For the end of the year, Nike's skateboarding division takes us back to childhood and more specifically to Townsville with the imminent release of the Powerpuff Girls pack. While rumors about the trio of superheroes receiving their own collaboration with the Swoosh have been circulating since last year, drop day is fast approaching.
Respectively embodying the essence of Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, the three pairs opt for a monochrome upper in suede, snakeskin or satin. A swoosh and laces in the same tone are added, inspired by each character's hair. Finally, to perfect the many details of this unprecedented partnership, each heeltab features the heroines' eyes.
The Powerpuff Girls x Nike SB Dunk Low pack will release on December 14, 2023 in skateshops and will launch on SNKRS the following day, December 15th. Each pair is priced at 140 euros.

Thanks to Social Status, the Nike Mac Attack made a notable comeback this year. So much so that Travis Scott took on the 1984 model to create his own interpretation. Spotted on his feet during the Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix, the pair is finally getting ready to drop.
In turn, La Flame follows in John McEnroe's footsteps to revive the Swoosh's forgotten model. To do so, the rapper draws from the OG colorway and opts for a mesh base with alternating black and grey panels. On the branding side, he goes with his signature reversed swoosh, which could well bring the vanished model back to life.
The iconic Travis Scott x Nike Mac Attack will release on December 19th at a price of 120 euros on SNKRS and at other retailers.
