Since 1985, the collaboration between Nike and Michael Jordan (MJ) has given birth to one of the greatest partnerships in the sneaker world. Leading the lineup: the Air Jordan 4. The brand's fourth signature shoe returns to honor MJ's legacy, featuring a black leather mid-cut upper meticulously laser-engraved. The patterns inscribed on the pair tell the key moments of His Airness's legendary career, while a second inscription reveals the words "Air Jordan Rare Air", reinforcing the unique and exclusive character of this version.
And while the details of the Air Jordan 4 "Rare Air" have been meticulously crafted to create an elegant and high-performing pair, the third signature shoe quickly joined the celebrations. A landmark model that redefined the brand in 1988, this special edition features ultra-premium black leather, decorated with its iconic signature element: the elephant print. However, the Jordan Brand designers innovate by adding a reversed logo on the right heel. A first in Air Jordan 3 designs...
But that's not all. Jordan's first signature shoe will also receive a brand-new colorway as part of the collection: the "Deep Royal Blue". The Air Jordan 1 High, which marked the beginning, reinvents itself here with a premium leather version combining deep royal blue with touches of white and black. A worldwide launch at the next All-Star Game
Whether it's the Air Jordan 1 High, the Air Jordan 3, or the Air Jordan 4, each pair pays tribute to Jordan's legacy while bringing a touch of modernity and exclusivity to the contemporary era. While the release details of the first two pairs are still being kept under wraps, the Air Jordan 4 will be officially unveiled at the 2025 All-Star Game in San Francisco, on February 16.
