Kith brings together Marvel and Capcom for a collaboration that reactivates an entire generation: its games, its heroes, its memories.
At a time when collaborations are multiplying, Kith refuses to take the easy route. Ronnie Fieg returns for the third consecutive year alongside Marvel with, this time, a new guest: Capcom. A meeting that evokes the nostalgia of arcades, dog-eared comics, and iconic battles. To realize this clash of universes, Kith partners with Asics and imagines six sneakers. Six ways to translate cult characters into materials, palettes, and textures. The result? A collection that balances technical design and nostalgia.

First round: Captain America vs Guile. Two characters that are completely opposed, brought together on a Gel-Kayano 12.1 sold only as a duo. Here, Ronnie Fieg and his teams play with contrast without forcing it. On one side, the navy blue, silver, and red of the Marvel hero. On the other, the olive green and signature camouflage of the Capcom soldier. Two visions, two energies, but the same technical rigor worthy of the legacy of Asics: breathable mesh, premium inserts, minimalist co-branding. In the box, an exclusive comic book extends the duel.

Second double box, second round: Iron Man vs Mega Man. For this second duel, the three collaborators unveil the Gel-Nimbus 10.1 which perfectly lends itself to the technological influences of the two characters. Iron Man inherits tone-on-tone overlays and an almost minimalist co-branding that could pass for a prototype out of Stark's garage. Mega Man, on the other hand, features mesh, iridescent inserts that awaken memories of controllers and pixelated special effects. In terms of technology, both models feature the signature Asics sole that enhances comfort.

Two Gel-Kayano 14 complete the collection: Wolverine at Marvel, Ryu at Capcom. Two legends. Two designs. The silhouette of Wolverine plays on contrasts (iridescent black, oval textures, or visual scratches), while Ryu's opts for a more raw approach. Frayed canvas. Nubuck. The pair directly references his fighting kimono and exudes training and discipline. Both models rest on the Gel-Kayano technology, true to the comfort and durability of the line.
A complete universe, beyond the duels
But this collaboration does not stop at sneakers. Kith imagines a true wardrobe designed as a natural extension of Marvel vs Capcom, where vintage silhouettes meet nostalgic colors and graphics inspired by cult games. Textured hoodies, retro sweatshirts, reimagined polos, each garment plays with the codes of the arcade and comics.

The T-shirt range features the iconic visuals of New Age of Heroes, Final Fight, and Heroes vs Street Fighter, printed on premium jersey. On the Marvel side, the collaboration explores the most iconic heroes of the franchise: Wolverine, Captain America, Deadpool, and Black Panther. The pieces play with embroidery and thick screen prints like true collector's items. On the Capcom side, the iconic figures are present: Ryu, Chun-Li, Akuma, Guile, Mega Man. The aesthetic is designed like an arcade, more electric, with compositions reminiscent of 90s screens.
And when is it coming out?
The Kith x Marvel vs Capcom x Asics collection is expected on November 14, accompanied by the entire collection and several collector's items. It will be offered simultaneously on the Kith website, via the official app, as well as in the brand's physical stores. As with previous collaborations with Marvel, some pieces (notably the double boxes including the exclusive comic book) will be available in very limited quantities.
