As every week, the sneaker world was marked by numerous announcements. Between new designs and reinterpretations, there's been plenty of movement. Here are the details!
Trae Young Joins the Jordan Family
The triple NBA All-Star's seventh season couldn't have started better! After his split with the three-stripe brand, the Atlanta Hawks point guard has officially joined Jordan Brand for multiple seasons. The sportswear brand made Trae Young's arrival official with a Q&A session, offering a glimpse into his decision to join the Jumpman family. "This brand embodies basketball, style, the desire to win and the drive to be a great player," said Trae Young. "I'm very excited to join the family and get to work. For me, it's about setting the bar for the people who come after us... I'm grateful to MJ for doing that for people like me. My goal is to try to carry on that legacy for the young ones, including my brother, who will come after me." The question remains whether Trae Young will receive a signature model in addition to being the face of the Air Jordan 39. Stay tuned!
New Nocta x Nike Air Force 1s in the Works!
Forza Nocta! While the Nike Hot Step 2 continues to hit the shelves with new colorways, it looks like the Nike Air Force 1 will be making waves again in 2025. Although no official images have surfaced yet, the Certified Lover Boy is preparing four additional colorways for Bruce Kilgore's design. Just like the Nocta x Nike Air Force 1 Low "Certified Lover Boy", the new pastel pack features a milky translucent sole with full tonal leather uppers on each model. On the agenda: pink, purple and yellow, while a "Love you forever" inscription joins the co-branding. The finishing touch? A matching Nike Tech Fleece set tailored to each pair's colorway.

There's BAPE in the air! The Japanese streetwear label is teaming up for the first time with the Houston-born rapper and Cactus Jack signee: Don Toliver. Drawing inspiration from his albums Hardstone Psycho and Love Sick, the collection features numerous pieces, starting with a Don Toliver x BAPE Road Sta in pink patent leather. T-shirts also join the collection with two distinct designs: one features the iconic BAPE STA logo with "DON" graphics in pink and purple tones, while the other showcases the iconic BABY MILO design alongside Don depicted in his Hardstone Psycho performance outfit. Corteiz x Nike Air Trainer Huarache: Third Time's the Charm!
After a resounding success with the Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 pack, Clint continues to write his own story and that of his brand, using the Huarache as his canvas. In this new chapter, the model designed by Tinker Hatfield in 1991 has already appeared in two colorways, one in Flat Pewter and the other in Light Bone. While the pristine version just dropped on Nike SNKRS, the founder of the Corteiz brand has just teased a third and final pair from the series. On the agenda: black pony hair, complemented by a bold lateral Swoosh, while synthetic nylon underlays feature a subtle dark camouflage pattern. While early details remain vague for now, the Corteiz x Nike Air Trainer Huarache "Pony Hair" drop could be available exclusively on the Corteiz website.
