As every week, the sneaker world was packed with announcements. Between new designs and reinterpretations, there was plenty of action. Here are the details!
Travis Scott and Jordan See Life in Pink for 2026
La Flame is far from done with Jordan. While the Travis Scott x Jordan collaboration now spans a vast catalog of Nike and Jordan pairs, his Air Jordan 1 Low still steals the spotlight from every other release. In 2026, the collaboration could take a new direction with the arrival of two new pastel pink designs. Long discussed, then shelved by Nike, the "Shy Pink" design is resurfacing, already spotted on La Flame's feet during an appearance at Verde Beach in Saint-Tropez. While nothing has been officially confirmed, early signs point to a summer 2026 release.
Purple, a New Playground for the Air Max 1000
Purple has never had this much cushioning. After the launch of the Nike Air Max 1000 Oatmeal and the blue version, the 3D silhouette designed by Nike and Zellerfed returns in a brand-new purple colorway. Lavender tones. Wavy lines. Embossed Swoosh. There is no doubt the pair retains its sculptural design while exploring a more expressive register. Still crafted using 3D printing technology, the Air Max 1000 pushes the Swoosh's futuristic vision even further. Between innovation and chromatic boldness, this new iteration confirms that the future of design is built layer by layer. No official release date for now.
adidas Originals Launches Its Petwear Collection
After a first edition launched in May 2024 in China, adidas Originals is expanding its pet clothing and accessories collection internationally. Puffer jackets, windbreakers, tracksuit sets and T-shirts: each piece draws from the brand's iconic visual codes, from the trefoil logo to its signature graphic lines. A further step in adidas' lifestyle strategy, tapping into the booming pet fashion market. According to Euromonitor, this sector is expected to surpass $15 billion by 2026, joining initiatives already launched by Tommy Hilfiger and Moncler.
Salehe Bembury Goes Solo with SPUNGE
Salehe Bembury truly knows no limits. After leaving his mark on iconic footwear silhouettes, from Crocs to New Balance and Versace, the designer takes a new leap with the launch of his own brand: SPUNGE. After months of teasing, the first creation, the SPUNGE Osmosis, is finally revealed. A pair driven by an organic and futuristic approach, true to the creator's vision. While four colorways are already planned, each design features SQUISH Tech technology, a cushioning foam wrapped in a stability cage. The official launch is scheduled for October 13 via raffle on beaspunge.com. The worldwide launch is expected on November 15.
Cecilie Bahnsen Reignites the Race with Asics
Running has never been this chic. Cecilie Bahnsen, the queen of airy silhouettes, architectural layers and floral patterns, teams up once again with Asics' bold running universe. On the occasion of Paris Fashion Week, the Danish designer made waves by unveiling two new designs. After the Asics Gel-Terrain, Cecilie now brings her vision to the Asics Gel-Quantum 360. Floral cutouts. Layered textures. There is no doubt: the designer's romantic signature is back. Between technical lines and couture delicacy, these new silhouettes already signal a resounding success ahead of a release planned for 2026.
