Whether you find them stylish or kitsch, Crocs clogs have become part of the streetwear landscape, thanks to numerous collaborations, each more creative than the last. Here's a look back at the ones that made the biggest impression in recent years!
Crocs x Salehe Bembury
Arguably the collaboration that forever changed the trajectory of Crocs. In December 2021, renowned New York designer Salehe Bembury, already known for his collaborations with New Balance, unveiled the Crocs Pollex Clog. An entirely new model that fits the mule trend (alongside the Yeezy Foam Runner) while breaking the genre's conventions. With its highly organic style inspired by nature, Salehe uses as a base the signature he leaves on all his collaborations: his own 3D-molded fingerprint.
Crocs x MSCHF
The next silhouette was imagined by Brooklyn collective MSCHF, which continues to stir the internet with its bold and unconventional proposals. This summer, we got a 2.0 version of the Big Red Boot created in collaboration with Crocs: the Big Yellow Boot. Once again, the pair didn't go unnoticed with its yellow colorway and holes on the upper, generating buzz across social media.
Crocs x Balenciaga
It was through the genius of Demna Gvasalia, artistic director of Balenciaga since 2015, that the collaboration with Crocs came to life. First in a platform style in 2017, the two entities expanded the collection with mules, sandals and even boots that Kanye West would frequently wear during his Donda Era in 2021.
Crocs x Disney Pixar (Lightning McQueen)
Kachow! Cars fans will recognize the catchphrase of the charismatic Lightning McQueen, protagonist of Pixar's animated trilogy. A character beloved by Americans. So much so that "Lightning" created endless queues outside Crocs stores across the country as soon as the collaboration was announced. The design features a red structure mimicking the iconic body, his blue eyes on the front, and even the logos of his long-time sponsor: Rust-eze.
Crocs x Dreamworks (Shrek)
In the same vein in 2023, it was with the ogre from Far Far Away that Crocs broke the internet once again. Turned into a meme on Twitter, a filter on Snapchat, and even a mod on GTA, Shrek is a pop culture icon who embodies the offbeat and self-deprecation...just like Crocs! The collaboration naturally took shape by featuring the physical characteristics of Fiona's husband: his green skin, round nose and trumpet-shaped ears.
Crocs x Music Artists
Since the Kanye West and Nike partnership in 2009, the industry has recognized the impact of brand-artist collaborations. But before mules came back into fashion, it was Post Malone in 2018 who became the first contemporary artist to collaborate with the Canadian brand for the release of his second album Beerbongs & Bentleys. Seeing its popularity surge during the 2020 lockdown, Crocs partnered with drew house, which is none other than Justin Bieber's brand. Around the same time, Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny also unveiled his own Crocs. The following year, French electronic DJ Vladimir Cauchemar set his sights on Crocs. Later, rising R&B star SZA got the spotlight.

Crocs and Pop Culture
To keep the momentum going and expand its range of rather daring pairs, Crocs appears to be diving into the world of pop culture with pairs that take us back to childhood. A few days ago, a Hello Kitty x Crocs Classic Clog surfaced with its blue and white colorway and bow-shaped Jibbitz (pins attached to the upper). Over the past few days, social media has been filled with equally quirky pairs inspired by iconic cartoon characters and unmissable movies. You're bound to find one to your taste! Here are the collaborations on the Crocs Classic Clog coming your way in 2024:
