Never where you expect him, Pharrell Williams keeps pushing his vision of footwear with the three-stripe brand: adidas. Present at the Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix, the artist revealed a new version of the Adistar Jellyfish. From the Miami paddock, American rapper Cam’ron was also spotted with the silhouette.
Spotted alongside the Men's Fashion Week, the Jellyfish had already caught attention with its organic design and clear references to the archives of the three-stripe brand. After versions with more industrial tones, this design opts for an even more minimalist and futuristic palette. Metallic silver. Off-white. Touches of pink. No doubt, the colorway enhances the exoskeleton effect of the model, whose lines evoke both the Response CL, the Adistar Cushion 3, and the biomechanical universe unique to Pharrell.
Released exclusively via a raffle during the Grand Prix weekend, the sneaker remains at the Friends & Family stage for now, with no public release announced.
