Once again, the fashion world's darling takes on one of adidas' most popular silhouettes for a fresh, spring-ready pack.
Pharrell Williams unveiled this new Humanrace Samba pack on his Instagram account. Recently appointed Creative Director of Louis Vuitton's Men's collections, the multi-talented artist continues his partnership with adidas in parallel, delivering appealing and promising results.
Alongside the Stan Smith, the Superstar, and the Gazelle, the Samba has become a timeless icon for the three-stripes brand and, more recently, a must-have within sneaker culture. Thanks to its original colorways and the innovative new materials it features, the silhouette strikes a balance between vintage and modern.
The first collaboration between the two partners allowed Pharrell Williams to add his own touch, notably the return of the football tongue tab. Whether it's the Pharrell Williams x adidas Samba Humanrace "Cloud White" or the "Night Grey" version, the silhouette has been modernized while retaining an authentic look.

This time around, the Samba sets aside its traditional tones in favor of more colorful silhouettes, marking the occasion of the "Something in the Water" festival, hosted by musician and entrepreneur Pharrell Williams. Taking place in Virginia Beach from April 28 to April 30, the "Color's Pack" celebrates the craftsmanship and heritage of the Samba, while channeling Pharrell's appreciation for premium materials and colors.

"One of the standout features of this Samba is its vibrant color palette, born from a joint creative process between Humanrace and adidas," the three-stripes brand notes on adidas Confirmed.

Through his own label, the artist delivers a monochrome shade for each pair. The collection includes a lilac, a pink, a yellow, a red, an orange, a black, a white, a copper, and a green version.
While the Samba traditionally features a suede toe cap, Pharrell Williams pairs these bold colors with a premium leather upper, a leather lining, and color-matched laces sourced from ecco leather, a global leader in innovative leather. This elevates the creative meeting between Pharrell Williams' universe and the iconic adidas Samba.
The first pairs from the Pharrell Williams x adidas Humanrace Samba "Colors Pack" collection will be available starting May 6 on adidas Confirmed and on the Humanrace website. The artist noted on his Instagram account that certain silhouettes would release at a later date, including the copper, white, and black versions. Each pair will retail at a price of €200.
