The streetwear ecosystem is unveiling its upcoming collaborations. Between new designs and reinterpretations, your wallet is in for a rough ride this spring!
Supreme Meets Nike's Techwear
There's a Swoosh in the air for James Jebbia and his team! Following the launch of the Supreme x Nike Air Max Dn last February, the two collaborators are already back with a particularly retro spring capsule collection. And this time, no sneakers: the New York label takes on Nike's athletic heritage. On the menu: matching sets, joggers, jerseys, crewnecks, sleeveless puffers and shorts proudly displaying the Supreme x Nike co-branding. While each piece is designed to reflect Supreme's streetwear roots, they seamlessly incorporate comfort-driven designs, Nike's area of expertise. A perfect fusion for the upcoming season, rounded out with accessories and a paint bucket as a nod to street culture. One thing is certain: you'll need to be quick to cop your piece(s), as the Supreme x Nike collaboration drops this Thursday, April 18 in-store and on Supreme.com. Mark your calendars for 5 PM!
Nike, Nocta and L'Art de l'Automobile on the Starting Line
Forza Nocta. If there's one label that resonates with everyone, it's Drake and Nike's. Known for blending a sporty aesthetic with versatile and functional pieces, Nocta takes the wheel with its longtime partner Nike, along with L'Art de l'Automobile! For the first time, Arthur Kar, the French founder of L'Art de l'Automobile, teams up with the label to deliver a perfect fusion of sportswear and outdoor style. The centerpiece: a racing jacket worn by Drake during a Houston Rockets game. Naturally, the collection also includes other items such as a selection of t-shirts, hoodies, technical pants, a baseball cap and a two-tone sock pack. Statement pieces arriving on April 26. You'll need to be quick!
Evisu and Palace Skateboards Roll the Dice This Spring
Palace Skateboards is on all fronts. While its latest collaboration with Gap still resonates, the London-based label has already planned to join forces with the Japanese titan: Evisu. For the fourth time, the two partners team up on a capsule collection straight from the '90s, when baggy jeans became THE underground piece. Great news for denim enthusiasts, as both partners opt for jean pieces inspired by the 2006 Evisu Dice collection. Naturally, Palace doesn't abandon its skate inspiration and adds zip-up hoodies and co-branded t-shirts. Finally, the collection is rounded out with accessories, including a heavyweight denim tote bag. And to follow up on previous chapters, Palace and Evisu enlisted Detroit-based musician John FM to star in a video campaign captured on the streets of Detroit, highlighting the city's rich street culture. In short, a promising new collaboration arriving this Friday, April 19!
Patta Running Team Confirms Its Collaboration with Nike
Third time's the charm. This month, the Swoosh will also turn to the Patta Running Team division to bring back the Huarache series. With the help of Edson Sapajo, co-founder of the Dutch giant, the sportswear brand fuses the codes of its Nike Air Huarache and reinvents it. The result? Three hybrid 2.0 pairs blending a Huarache upper with a Pegasus sole to encourage runners of all kinds to claim their place in the running world. And while the two partners are betting on these three pairs, pieces combining functionality and lifestyle aesthetics will also be available to inspire tomorrow's runners, as well as fashion enthusiasts. Patta Running Team is no longer limited to athletics. The division is exploring new places, building new connections and embracing freedom in tomorrow's pieces. A fitting tribute to discover on April 26 in Patta stores and on Patta.com, followed by a release on May 2 on SNKRS and at select retailers.
Sneakernstuff Revisits the adidas GTII Handball
Never change a winning team. Since 2009, Sneakersnstuff (SNS) and Adidas have collaborated on numerous models. Drawing from adidas' sporting heritage and the retailer's street style, the pair features a spring-ready construction with green tones that are already generating excitement. For now, no release date has been revealed by either partner. Stay tuned!
