If there's one collab that made waves early this year, it's the one between the young London label and the swoosh brand! From the moment this partnership was announced, the creator of CRTZ RTW made a big splash by displaying both partners' logos on the facade of NikeTown in London. Initially, there was only a Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 SP “Sequoia”, but two new iterations have since been revealed: the “Pink Beam” and an “Aegean Storm”. Check out the Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 SP "Aegean Storm", a sneaker that brilliantly combines Corteiz's contemporary streetwear aesthetic with Nike's iconic Air Max design.
Features of the Air Max 95 Aegean Storm
At first glance, this third special edition features a black mesh upper that creates a striking contrast with the leather overlays in subtle shades of black, gray, and blue. This mix of materials gives the shoe a unique look, perfect for sneakerheads seeking a bold model. The Air Sole unit, a hallmark of the Air Max line, sports a shade of blue that perfectly matches the distinctive Corteiz branding on the heel side, toebox, and tongue. Additionally, a camo lining adds a final touch to this iconic design, showcasing the meticulous attention to detail by Clint, the creator of CRTZ RTW.
The Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 SP “Aegean Storm" is expected to drop in April 2023 for €190 on SNKRS and other retailers.
UPDATE APRIL 11, 2023: The Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 SP "Aegean Storm" will have a FCFS drop on April 12, 2023, at 1:50 PM at Place de la République in Paris. There will be a limit of one pair per person. Following this, there will be a raffle on SNKRS on April 15, 2023.
UPDATE APRIL 14, 2023: The Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 SP "Aegean Storm" will release tonight at 8 PM (French time) on crtz.xyz. If a release was planned for April 15, 2023, on SNKRS, it might be canceled due to recent events.
UPDATE APRIL 15, 2023: The Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 SP "Aegean Storm" will drop this Saturday, April 15, on the Nike SNKRS app at a random time. The release might take the form of a "SNKRS cam" or "SNKRS scratch."
