As every year on March 26 for over a decade, Nike celebrates one of its most iconic ranges with an unmissable event: Air Max Day. This year, the sportswear giant is back with one goal: to go bigger and better than ever. The occasion to catch a glimpse of a day packed with reissues, but above all, new releases. What better than a new silhouette to extend the Air Max range?
Tuned. Zoom. Dynamic Air. After the resounding success of the Nike Air Max DN, the sportswear giant sets the stage for an even more refined model: the Nike Air Max DN8. The youngest in the Dynamic Air series is unveiled with a new design inspired by previous generations, while integrating cutting-edge innovations. First spotted on the account of Javel Belvin, a member of Corteiz's marketing team, the model is designed to redefine the standards of comfort and performance, focusing on three core values: comfort, durability and aesthetics.
While the Nike Air Max DN8 "Hyper Pink" has already hit the sneaker world, the silhouette arrives in force with eight colorways. On the menu: a fierce blend of black and purple for the "Black Indigo" version while the "Team Orange Laser" features a subtle colorblocking of black and orange. Among the announced colorways, aggressive designs are also in store as Nike's creative teams dress the DN8 with a neon green or indigo mesh upper. Finally, the Swoosh announces seasonal colorways with rose gold and fuchsia pink hues for its latest silhouettes. What's certain is that the pair paves the way for future innovations in Nike's cushioning footwear lineage, with a Nexkin mesh upper, a lightweight yet resistant element, accented with wavy cuts. The finishing touch? Eight Dynamic Air tubes, strategically placed under the sole, to improve energy return and deliver a bouncy feel with every step. An innovative configuration that allows for maximum shock absorption and increased dynamism. The goal is clear: more Air, less volume.

While the DN8 positions itself as the year's big new release, the Nike Air Max DN launched at the previous Air Max Day hasn't had its last word. After making a strong impression with its Dynamic Air cushioning, the silhouette continues its rise with new colorways that confirm the DN isn't ready to leave the spotlight. A true showcase of Nike innovation, the DN joins the celebrations and introduces two new colorways: one in neon green, the other in fuchsia pink. Sitting somewhere between a Nike Air Max Plus and a Nike Air Max Deluxe, each pair offers cutting-edge technology, continuing to leave its mark and confirm its place within the Air Max range.

It was only a matter of time: in 2025, Nike has planned to bring back the Nike Air Max 95 in its "Big Bubble" form. Launched in 1995, the very first colorway of Sergio Lozano's design would be ready to honor Air Max Day with a reissue, more faithful than ever to the Swoosh's history. A true masterpiece, this model is still, 25 years later, one of Nike's best sellers. An understandable success, as the layered design has allowed the silhouette numerous possibilities that Nike has explored extensively over the past decades. But while the sportswear giant is ready to offer the Neon version, a full five-pair pack could well steal the spotlight from the DN8. On the menu: red, orange, pink and blue. While no confirmation has been given by Nike so far, each version will feature an enlarged Air unit, inspired by Tinker Hatfield's design technology.
