London, November 8, 2024. The streets come alive and empty out as the collaboration between Corteiz and Nike is, once again, ready to make its mark on sneaker culture. It's 8 PM, time for a new drop from Clint, founder of the Corteiz brand. His latest creation is set to come to life and enter history: the Corteiz x Nike Air Trainer Huarache. More than just a pair, it is poised to become the symbol of a rebellious and defiant culture. The password is activated: "Gully Grey". The pair is available for all to see...
After a resounding success with the Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 pack, Clint continued to write his own story and that of his brand, this time using the Huarache as his canvas. In this new chapter, the model designed by Tinker Hatfield in 1991 was given a new identity to shake up established codes: a rebellious soul that effortlessly draws attention. Both heir and pioneer, it claimed a deep respect for the original design that needed no Swoosh from the very start.
Between respect for roots and creative boldness
Despite its grey outfit, the model was far from going unnoticed. Shared as a preview by Clint himself, the design blends sophisticated grey overlays with neoprene fabric featuring camouflage patterns, a nod to the Corteiz universe. A seemingly understated appearance at first glance, yet hiding meticulous work where every detail carries meaning. The Alcatraz emblem, symbol of Corteiz's boldness and free spirit, found its place on the pair, reinforcing its identity along with a subtle "Air Huarache by Corteiz" mention on the tongue.

With an innate flair for street marketing, the brand also added the acronym "RTW" (Rules the World) on the heeltab. Authenticity. Solidarity. Spirit of rebellion. Corteiz's values subtly asserted themselves on the pair, continuing Clint's path and his quest for cultural domination. True to form, the drop turned into an immersive teaser backed by a highly captivating campaign. Three weeks earlier, drones lighting up the sky drew the brand's iconic logo, leaving a lasting impression and announcing the imminent arrival of the collaboration.
What about the Corteiz x Nike Air Trainer Light Bone?
While the first Nike Air Trainer Huarache appeared to be available exclusively on the Corteiz website, two new colorways were teased: a "Light Bone" and a "Black." More refined, the immaculate design with its light tones and camouflage details was already unveiled on Clint's social media and will be available in London on November 16, 2024.
To try and walk away with one of the 100 pairs announced, same principle as the Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 SP "Sequoia"! An unknown location and enigmatic clues: "Complete Manny's maze within the time limit to win the unreleased White Corteiz Air Trainer Huaraches." As with every Corteiz drop, it's first come, first served. Naturally, a wider release is expected on November 23 on SNKRS. Priced at 210 euros.
