The WhenToCop? team attended the LORENZ.OG x Salomon event and it was a great experience. The LORENZ.OG - Live Event powered by Salomon took place from April 19 to 20, 2023 at a pop-up at 96 rue de Clery, in Paris. There, you could discover the pairs dyed by the designer and watch live as he transformed Salomon shoes and clothing, all while chatting with him. If you couldn't make it, here's a recap!

Upon arriving at the pop-up, there was no doubt you were in the right place. Indeed, you could instantly recognize the signature of Lorenzo Federici, known as @lorenz.og on Instagram, with his gradient of pastel and sunny colors. At the entrance, a QR code allowed you to enter a raffle to win a pair of LORENZ.OG x Salomon ACS+ OG "Dusk" that he dyed. Good news for those who couldn't attend: more pairs will be up for grabs on the French brand's social media this weekend, stay tuned!

Inside, you could watch the artist dye pairs and jackets live, chat with him and admire his remarkable technique, a satisfying, almost hypnotic spectacle. To create these unique samples, the English artist uses his own dyes to produce custom colorways called "PATENTED COLORSCHEMES®". As a result, his products are limited in quantity, highly exclusive and above all unique. Through this event, Salomon primarily wanted to highlight the craftsmanship and expertise of the young designer; no items were for sale on site.

As you can tell, LORENZ.OG is a creative who no longer needs to prove his place in the fashion world. He has notably created pairs for Drake, Lil Yachty, and the late Virgil Abloh, who endorsed him and suggested the name "PATENTED COLORSCHEMES®".
