Golf Wang unveils a capsule inspired by A24's film Marty Supreme, imagined by Tyler the Creator. Rooted in a 1950s aesthetic, the collection explores a retro wardrobe of bowling shirts, vintage cuts and graphic T-shirts featuring Timothee Chalamet, directly connected to the universe of the feature film. The drop is expected Friday, December 19 at 5 PM on the Golf Wang app, the webstore as well as across all of the brand's flagship stores.
This drop echoes a broader movement around Marty Supreme, following the capsule recently launched by Nahmias, designed as official merchandise for the film. Directed by Josh Safdie, the feature film follows Marty Mauser, a New York shoe salesman willing to do anything to become a table tennis champion, going as far as creating his own ball and trying his luck at Wembley. A story of ambition and obsession, where retro sportswear, sports culture and a fifties-era imagination extend the film well beyond the screen.
