Born from the creative mind of the Certified Lover Boy, the Hot Step Air Terra embodied boldness and innovation while blending Drake's technical DNA for sneakers. The result? A model that is both retro and aggressive, rooted in the design of the Nike Air Terra Humara.
Design and materials
The Hot Step Air Terra stands out with its rugged appearance, inspired by the 1990s. With its breathable mesh upper and leather reinforcements, it offers both durability and breathability. Its responsive cushioning, combined with a grippy outsole, ensures optimal traction on all types of terrain. Combining premium embossed leather, 3M details and G-TEK grip technology, the pair quickly established itself as a must-have.
The different models
Due to its immediate success, Nocta did not hesitate to release the pair in multiple colorways. While the first iterations leaned towards understated designs, namely white or black, Drake's favorite dad shoe was also released in a "Purple" version, as well as a snakeskin finish that did not go unnoticed.

Design and materials
New design means evolution for the Nocta Hot Step Air Terra. During his "It's All a Blur" tour in July 2023, the Toronto-born rapper exclusively unveiled his brand-new pair in collaboration with Nike: the Nocta Hot Step 2, which features a bold and notably bulkier design. It sports a molded upper accentuated with exterior metallic touches, all anchored by a robust outsole that proudly showcases cutting-edge Zoom Air technology. These design elements combine perfectly to offer a new glimpse into the spirit of innovation that drives the Nocta line.
The different models
For now, only the "Total Orange" and "White" versions have hit the shelves. However, Drake still has a few surprises in store, as @brandon1an revealed two mock-ups of the Hot Step 2. On the agenda: an "Eggplant" version with striking purple shades and a black version. Drake will certainly expand the Nocta Hot Step 2 range further. Stay tuned this year!

The label quickly expanded its horizons. Drawing inspiration from the Nike Flight Zoom 95, an iconic 90s basketball shoe worn by NBA player Jason Kidd, the Toronto-born rapper revealed the Nocta Glide. While it drew inspiration from the signature silhouette of the former Dallas Mavericks player, the Nocta Glide found its own identity through its aesthetic lines and cutting-edge technology. Featuring distinctive elements such as a chrome finish, checkered patterns and a G-TEK grip outsole, this shoe embodies Nocta's promise to push the boundaries of innovation.
At the same time, the Nike Zoom Drive, revisiting the innovative line of the Nike Alpha Project from 1999, confirmed Nocta's commitment to innovation. This collaboration between Nocta and Nike boldly reinterpreted the general lines of the Air Zoom Drive, offering a contemporary aesthetic and cutting-edge technology.
