Among the shelved projects is an Off-White x Air Jordan High, of which a sample has now resurfaced. Designed during the early years of the collaboration between Virgil Abloh, Nike, and the Jordan brand, this sample had never been documented in the designer's official archives until now.

According to collector Ryan Cooper, the sneaker was produced in only three pairs. Several elements confirm its status as a prototype, notably the “Sample” branding. This piece provides a glimpse into one of the paths explored by Virgil Abloh before certain versions of Michael Jordan's first signature silhouette were ultimately selected for commercial release. However, this sneaker is not expected to join the Jordan catalog. No commercial release is planned, and the presented pair is currently being offered to collectors on the private market, with Ryan Cooper seeking offers for the sneaker.
