Nike unveils a preview of its Spring-Summer 2025 novelties. Heads up: hits incoming.
For the SNKRS Showcase presented on Thursday, December 12 live from Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, the Swoosh lifted the veil on nearly twenty new models expected for the Spring-Summer 2025 season. On the agenda: the Nike Air Max Muse, Air Max 95, Air Max Craze, Air Diamond, as well as a new iteration of the Nike Air Max Plus. Between teasers and reveals, the sportswear brand seems determined to maintain a strong pace for the start of the year!

New year, new designs! The Swoosh presented an exclusive preview of new women's silhouettes ready to hit the shelves. Leading the charge: the Nike Air Max Muse. First spotted on the feet of Olympic athlete and gymnast Jordan Chiles, the design debuted in a metallic colorway featuring a raised arch and a semi-glossy finish around the Air unit. Fit. Shape. Texture. Cushioning. Every detail has been crafted to push the standards set by its predecessors and continue expanding the Air Max range. And while the colorway has already dropped at select retailers, Nike used the SNKRS Showcase to introduce a second version marking the arrival of many pairs to come.

Alongside it: the Nike Air Superfly. First appearing in 2001, then recently worn by Sha'Carri Richardson during a photoshoot, it seems the pair is ready to return to the spotlight. Just like the Nike Air Zoom Spiridon OG, this running model fits perfectly into Nike's retro running shoe revival. At first glance, the pair features a rather simple leather construction with an Air unit embedded in the sole. As for the colorway, the Swoosh opts for a simple metallic construction: grey and black. While the improvements over the 2001 model haven't been specified yet, three additional versions should arrive soon, solidifying its comeback.
Sneaker Culture Classics Make Their Return
The Swoosh has always excelled at creating shoes as thrilling as they are passionate, tied to the exceptional performances of those who wear them. That's the case for the legendary Deion Sanders. In 1994, the Air Diamond Turf was designed with precision to support his rigorous training across football and baseball. After the reissue of his Air DT Max, Nike is preparing to bring back the iconic cross-trainer, faithful to the OG edition. Sturdy leather. Bold strap. Red accents. The Swoosh is giving collectors the chance to dive into the athlete's legacy on and off the field on February 12, 2025.

But that's not all. The sportswear brand also plans to bring back a pair that first appeared on the feet of player Andre Agassi: the Nike Air Tech Challenge II. Born in the early '90s when tennis was gaining popularity, the design makes a notable return in 2025 with materials similar to those of the era: similar white leather, traditional mesh and perforations, etc. An opportunity to get your hands on a historic pair from Nike culture.
Fresh Additions to the Air Max Range
It was only a matter of time: in 2025, Nike plans to bring back the Nike Air Max 95 Neon. Launched in 1995, the very first colorway of Sergio Lozano's design is ready to hit the sneaker world in its original version. A true masterpiece, this model is still, 25 years later, one of Nike's best sellers. An understandable success, as the layered design allows the pair numerous possibilities that Nike has explored extensively over the past decades. This summer, the Air Max 95 returns in its original version, complete with Big Bubble technology.

While the iconic Nike Air Max 95 celebrates its 25th anniversary, another model should also join the festivities: the Nike Air Max Craze. Created in 2000 by the Alpha Project division, responsible for technical models like the Presto and the Hyperflight, this design disappeared from the radar and completely faded from the sneaker world. Next year, it seems the Swoosh will count on this retro model to continue its success. Although details remain scarce, early information suggests that several colorways will be released and that Martine Rose could reinterpret the model.
On the TN side, the Nike Air Max Plus has opted for a new reissue. Originally launched in 1998, Sean McDowell's design returns in its electric blue version, one of the most iconic colorways. Part of the Californian trio representing different phases of the sky (sunset, starry night and sunrise), the pair is once again ready to make history in January. You'll need to be quick!
Living on love and sneakers! As every year, Nike has a habit of creating pairs that nod to Valentine's Day, very often built around shades of pink and red, paired with hearts and flowers. Expect a Nike Air Max 1 featuring these codes during the month of February.
