Nike Ja 3: Price, Colorways & Where to Buy
The Nike Ja 3 is the third installment in Ja Morant's signature line, built for the Memphis Grizzlies point guard. Unveiled during the NBA Playoffs in April 2025, it marks a technical milestone in Nike's basketball lineup: it's the first Nike Performance basketball shoe to feature a hybrid ZoomX foam, a technology previously reserved for high-end running. Its low-cut profile and lightweight construction reflect Morant's playing style, built on speed and quick changes of direction.
Model History
Launched in the summer of 2025, the Nike Ja 3 extends a consistent signature line following the Nike Ja 1 and the Nike Ja 2. The third signature silhouette for Ja Morant, the Ja 3 is also the most personal. During its creation, Morant didn't just sign off on prototypes: he worked directly with Nike's design team in Beaverton, using spray paint on a whiteboard. It was during these sessions that the shoe's most distinctive detail was born: while painting a tilted Swoosh, Morant unknowingly recreated the shape of the letter "J." With an "A" added alongside it, the "JA" monogram naturally found its place on the side panel.
The silhouette retains the "scratch" pattern seen on the Ja 1 and Ja 2, and introduces a new outsole pattern inspired by Morant's bulldog crossover, his aggressive attacking style. It also marks the first time a full-length hybrid ZoomX foam has been used in a Nike Performance basketball shoe. A technology previously limited to running footwear, it positions the Ja 3 as an ambitious performance model.

Nike Ja 3 Sizing Guide
The Nike Ja 3 fits true to size (TTS). Reviews confirm that your standard Nike size works in the vast majority of cases.
The upper fits relatively snug at first, consistent with the Ja 1 and Ja 2. For those with wider feet, going up half a size is an option. Worth noting: the mesh loosens with wear, and some reviews suggest going half a size up can feel too large after break-in. When in doubt, TTS is the safest choice.
